Our School now has our own Skoolbag iPhone, Android and Windows App to help us communicate more effectively with our Parent/Student community. This App provides an easy way to tell parents and carers everything they need to know about school news, newsletters, events calendar, cancellations, and school documents. Important messages which are currently sent out using SMS will now be sent using Push Alert Notifications, which are received even if the phone is locked and the App is closed. Parents will also be able to complete eforms, such as sick note forms.

At a later stage in the year, we intend to discontinue use of bulk SMS messages. We will continue to send SMS messages to individual parents, for example to notify a parent of an unexpected absence of their child from school. We will also continue the use of email, for purposes such as the school newsletter. All the information will also be available on the Rossmoyne Skoolbag website for parents who do not have a smartphone or who do not wish to install the App.

We are asking parents/students to install our Skoolbag School App. To install it, just search for our school name Rossmoyne Senior High School in either the Apple App Store, or Google Play Store. For Windows Phones, and Windows 8.1 or 10 users, search for Skoolbag in the Windows store, and install the app and find your school.
